Our two roles

Pacific Net West operates in two distinct roles. As a controller, we manage personal data belonging to Site visitors and account holders. As a processor, we handle customer content (websites, email, databases) strictly per service agreements and customer instructions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content for advertising, AI model training, or any other purpose beyond delivering the services you pay for.

Information we collect

Information you provide: account details (name, email, phone), billing addresses, domain registration contacts, and support communications.

Automatically collected: IP addresses, service logs, device information, and cookies used for session management and security.

Third-party sources: payment processors, domain registrars, and security vendors.

How we use it

Data is used to deliver services, process transactions, secure our systems, communicate with you, and meet legal compliance obligations. Nothing else.
