Report abuse
We take abuse very seriously and do not approve of our resources being used for nefarious purposes. Report any and all abuse discovered from our IPs, mail users, or hosted content.
What to include
Send your report to abuse@pacificnetwest.com. To help us act quickly, please include:
- The offending URL, IP address, or email address
- What happened: spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, or other abuse
- When you observed it, with timezone if possible
- Evidence: full email headers, log excerpts, screenshots, or links to archived copies
Reports are read by the engineer who operates the systems, not a ticket queue. Verified abuse is acted on promptly.
